Project: The Garage Brewhouse & Pub – Website Design

The Garage Brewhouse & Pub, located in Whitecourt, Alberta, needed a website that reflected its unique personality — a modern craft brewhouse set in a former auto shop. My goal was to design a site that captured the brand’s industrial roots while keeping the overall experience warm, welcoming, and easy to navigate.

My Role:
I designed a fully responsive website using the brand’s existing visual identity, integrating textures, colours, and typography that echo the “garage” theme. The layout highlights the story behind the venue, features details about the food and drink offerings, and provides clear calls-to-action to visit or connect on social media.

Design Approach:

• Focused on a balance of bold, industrial design elements with clean, modern layouts.

• Used high-contrast colours and dynamic imagery to showcase the pub’s atmosphere and craftsmanship.

• Built with accessibility and mobile usability in mind, ensuring a smooth browsing experience on all devices.

Result:
The finished website gives The Garage Brewhouse & Pub a professional online presence that tells its story authentically, draws visitors in, and sets the stage for future brand growth both online and in person.
